​Haverhill Complete Streets Prioritization Planning (2016) - In 2016, TCG teamed up with GPI  to help the City of Haverhill, MA with its Complete Streets Prioritization Planning.  TCG will manage the public outreach component by facilitating the kick-off meeting and several public workshops, as well as coordinating site visits with City Officials, staff and the public.

​Wellesley School Master Plan Public Outreach (2016) - In 2016, the Hardy, Hunnewell & Upham School Master Plan Committee contracted with TCG to develop, manage, and implement a public outreach plan to reach a broad range of stakeholders, increase public awareness, assist consensus building, and prioritize goals for the improvement of three of the Town’s seven elementary schools.  Learn more...

​Oakham Capital Improvement Plan (2016) - In 2016, TCG was hired by the Town of Oakham, MA to assist the Town in developing policies and procedures for its Capital Planning including establishing criteria for capital purchases, creation of Capital Request Forms, tracking requests and recommendations as well as developing policies for prioritizing capital purchases.  Learn more...

Hopedale Capital Improvement Plan (2016)
 - In 2016, TCG was hired by the Town of Hopedale, MA to assist the Town in developing policies and procedures for its Capital Planning including identifying and prioritizing projects, budgeting, funding sources, and debt policies.  TCG will also assist Hopedale in its Long-Range Planning by identifying future operational needs , debt service and the Town's long-term positioning.  Learn more...

​Clinton Complete Streets Prioritization Planning (2016) - In 2016, TCG was hired by the Town of Clinton, MA to assist the Town in applying for MassDOT's Complete Streets program. ​Sudbury Planning & Community Development Department (2016) - In 2016, TCG was hired by the Town of Sudbury, MA to assist its Planning & Community Development Department with many projects until additional staff could be hired.  Projects included reviewing the Housing Production Plan, evaluating the state of the Open Space Plan, providing staff support to the ZBA for several special permits (one 40B residential development and one mixed-use/40B), advising with transportation funding projects as they moved through the TIP process, and guiding both the Bruce Freeman and Mass Central Rail Trails through the early stages of the design / development process.  ​Learn more...

Clinton Community Development Block Grant (2013) - In 2013, TCG wrote a successful Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for the Town of Clinton, MA.  This $900,000 grant, funded through the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), restored the former Clinton Home for the Aged into the new Clinton Senior Center, complete with commercial kitchen, as well as funding a Complete Streets Downtown Planning Study.

Marlboro Community Development Authority (2009) - In 2009, TCG was hired by the City of Marlborough, MA to assist its Community Development Authority transition the office back to a fully functional, staffed department.

Michelle Ciccolo served as Interim Community Development Director throughout the transition process.

Stow Master Plan (2008) - In 2008, TCG was hired to write the Master Plan for the Town of Stow, MA.  A Master Plan is a comprehensive long range plan intended to guide growth and development of a community or region.  It includes analysis, recommendations, and proposals for the community’s population, economy, housing, transportation, preservation, energy, community facilities, and land use.  It is based on public input, surveys, planning initiatives, existing development, physical characteristics, and social and economic conditions.  The Stow Master Plan was adopted by the Planning Board in November 2010.  Learn more...

Lundy Property, Stow, MA (2008) - In 2008, TCG wrote a successful Smart Growth/Smart Energy Technical Assistance Grant for the Town of Stow, MA.  This $19,500 grant, funded by the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, enabled the Town to pursue open space and resource protection on the Lundy property, examining clustered affordable housing and alternative transportation corridors linking sections of the Assabet River Rail Trail (ARRT).  


The Town utilized these funds to design a cluster-style subdivision that portected at least 50% or more of the land, and laid out a corridor of land for the ARRT trail connection.

Bolton Town Administrator Search (2008) - In 2008, TCG was hired to conduct the search for the new Town Administrator of Bolton, MA.  TCG oversaw the Search Committee, reviewed and rewrote the job description, managed advertising, oversaw the application process including candidate selection, conducted interviews, reference/record checks, as well as contract negotiations.  

Michelle Ciccolo also served as Interim Town Administrator throughout the eight-month process.
