​61 North Beacon Street, Boston (2016) - Hired by Village Automotive Group to facilitate this adaptive reuse project, TCG is working to move Boston Volvo Village from its existing location, a traditional 4 acre dealership, into the brick industrial building next door.  Built in 1925, this building was originally home to International Harvester's regional headquarters.  Volvo will have its showroom on the first & second floors, and tenant office space above.   Learn more...

​Herter Park Amphitheater (2015) - In 2015, TCG helped form the Friends of Herter Park in the hopes of restoring the abandoned 300-seat amphitheater along the Charles River in Allston, MA. In 2016, TCG wrote a successful $50,000 grant application to the Harvard-Allston Public Realm Flex Fund, and has worked to manage several volunteer clean-up days throughout the year.  TCG also assisted the Friends in becoming a 501(c)3 organization, as well as bidding and managing the restoration project.  Learn more...

Riverview Technology Park (2009) - In 2009, TCG worked with Calare Properties/Hackman Capital to explore state and local economic development incentives and formulate funding strategies for the redevelopment of Riverview Technology Park in Billerica, MA,  an important economic development site straddling three communities - Billerica, Tewksbury and Lowell.  Learn more...

Hudson Business Association (2008) - In 2008, TCG was hired by the Hudson Business Association (HBA) in Hudson, MA to oversee its initial creation as a 501-C6 non-profit organization and assisted in the launching of this new agency to assist with business retention and location in Downtown Hudson.


The HBA concerns itself with such economic development objectives as filling vacant storefronts, increasing foot traffic, improving the area’s aesthetic appearance, marketing existing businesses, and promoting cultural resources in historic downtown Hudson.  Learn more...
